Returns & Refunds

At PoppySales, Due to the kind of the product there is no returns policy for this item because due to Health & safety  policies, We do not re-sell these sort of items returned by buyer.
But in some cases we may offer you refund or exchange.
{1} If you think your parcel have been tampered with or you see any water damage.{then please click a picture  in as it is condition and send it to us or do not accept the delivery,as we always take pictures at the time we hand over parcels to courier company }.Please tell courier delivery driver to complete Damaged on Arrival form or delivery note and check actual condition of the parcel is described and signed by the driver. 
{2} {outside of UK} If you do not receive your item with in 14 working days ,We will refund you in full But only after getting written confirmation (ITEM LOST) from Courier company that the item is lost and con not be delivered anymore.
{2a} {With in UK} If you do not receive you item with in 6 working days , We will refund you in full But only after getting written confirmation (ITEM LOST) from Courier company that the item is lost and con not be delivered anymore.
{3} In any case if buyer insists on returning the item due to the change of the mind then the buyer will have to pay for shipping costs,and the item should be in the original state.                                    

(We request you not to buy if you are not sure about it, just ask us any question you have in mind regarding the item.We will do our best to provide you the correct information ) As we have to throw item in to bin when its returned .

SHIPPING:- EUROPE , USA & CANADA SHIPPING IS FREE.
WE SHIP VIA EXPRESS COURIER SERVICE.
YOUR ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED WITH IN TWO TO THREE WORKING DAYS,ONCE THE PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.
International Delivery:

  • It will be the importer (i.e. customer) who will be responsible for any duties, taxes, fees, etc; the price for the goods does not include these.

  • Your goods are subject to inspection and the cost of an inspection (if any) is payable by the importer, i.e. you the customer.

  • It is your (customers) duty to check prior to the purchase, if the item you are buying from us is legal to buy  and import in to your Country. No refund will be given if the item is seized by customs or any other Government Agency.
